项目简介：中国国际动漫节（CICAF）是中国最大的动漫盛会，自2004年起每年在风景优美文化底蕴深厚的杭州举办一次。美猴奖于2008首次亮相，
成为该节日的亮点之一。在政府、企业界和学术界的支持下，它已成为世界上最具影响力的动漫节盛会之一。

Project：Abbout CICAF China International Cartoon and Animation Festival (CICAF) is the county’s largest cartoon and animation event and has
been held annually in Hangzhou since 2004. Monkey King Award made its debut in 2008 as one of the highlights of the festival. Supported
by the government, the corporate world and the academic circle, it has become the most influential competition in the cartoon and
animation scene of China.
